Breakthrough Innovation
CapVista Accelerator

Cap Vista seeks innovative solutions to address challenges published on this website. We focus on accelerating the adoption of commercial technologies to solve real challenges at speed.

We publish challenge statements and invite global startups to submit proposals which could enhance Singapore's national security.

After evaluating the submitted proposals, we will invite suitable startups to pitch their proposals and to address any queries from our evaluation panel which will comprise all relevant parties. We will then award the successful startups to validate their proposals. This could be in the form of proofs-of-concept, experiments, demonstrations, or any other reasonable ideas as proposed by the startups.
We aim to award suitable startups within 60 days after the submission deadline. Awarded startups will gain the opportunity to work directly with our end users to showcase and validate your solutions for national security applications. If your solution demonstrates success and good potential, we aim to scale your solutions quickly.
Instructions - Overview of Challenge Statements:

  • Each challenge card has a “Learn more” button. Clicking it opens a pop-up with more information.

  • Every pop-up (modal) has a name (called an ID) and is located in a separate block below the cards.

  • To make the button open the correct pop-up:

    • Look at the “Learn more” button on the card.

    • Find data-target="#..." on the button.

    • The part inside the quotation marks (for example, #challengestatement_one) must exactly match the pop-up’s ID below.

  • To update the content:

    • Scroll down to the pop-up section.

    • Find the pop-up with the matching ID.

    • Edit the text inside it.

  • Reminder:

    • Don’t change the data-target on the button unless you are linking it to a different pop-up.

    • Always make sure the button’s data-target and the pop-up’s ID match exactly.
