WORKSHOP I - VISUAL AWAKENING

February 7th and 8th

During this first workshop, you will apply your fresh knowledge to Valeo and our Fleet theme and prepare the Ecosystem Exploration. The training will take place at...

  • Presentation of the process and of work plan
  • Application and adaptation of first tools to Valeo and fleet theme
  • Presentation of the teams and their pilots
  • Preparation of Ecosystem Exploration

ECOSYSTEM
EXPLORATION

February 11th to March 29th (7 weeks)

During this period, you will be getting field information and insights from interviews to identify opportunity areas. You will activate your network to find people to interview and fill the prepared insight templates.
Those templates will be available on the platform to facilitate the sharing of your interview results.

WORKSHOP II - IDEA GENERATION

April 1st to 11th

During the Workshop II, you will be debriefing on the Ecosystem Exploration, then ideate, sort and develop first concepts.


Key Element:

  • Share market exploration discoveries and insights
  • Leverage the Six Paths to stimulate the generation of ideas
  • Ideas will be enriched by the ones coming from the internal contest, ran in parallel

STRATEGIC
PROFILES

April 15th to May 14th

During this period, you will be developing all concepts into detailed "strategic profiles"and preparing your pitch.
A strategic profile is a simple set of slides which will contain the most important information to describe more in detail your concept. It is a template which will help to present and compare the different concepts.

IDEA FAIR

May 15th and 16th

This is the last step of the challenge, where you will be presenting your finalized concepts to a jury. Be ready to suit up and be convincing!
